Q. What are mouse grips?

A. Mouse grips are pieces of grip tape which are usually pre-cut to fit your computer mouse to help with your mouse grip and comfort during gaming sessions. They are typically made of rubberized materials.

Q. Should I try mouse grip tape?

A. It's all personal preference! Some people love grip tape, others prefer the stock mouse coating. Mouse grip tape is a great way to add grip to your device if you are having any problems with the original coating. They also look cool, wink wink.

Q. How long do mouse grips last?

A. It depends on how often they are used, but grips typically last around 3-6 months before needing to be replaced. Grips are considered consumables because they will absorb dirt and finger oils over time and wear down.

Q. How do I remove the grip tape?

A. Grips are applied via a light adhesive, and can just be peeled off if you need to remove or replace them later on. Make sure to peel slowly and towards the front of the mouse, to avoid any potential damage to the mouse buttons or the coating.

Q. How much do mouse grips weigh?

A. Most mouse grip tape is thin and light, and the difference in weight after applying them is negligible. Our scale is reading around 1-2 grams per set for the grips that we offer.
