All cables are tested and working before being shipped out. Any and all defective cables will be troubleshooted and immediately replaced, no questions asked. We want you to feel safe when you order from us!
We currently offer a free 6 month warranty included with any of our cables. If your cable stops working for whatever reason, we’ll have you send it back to us with a pre-paid label, and we’ll repair it or replace it with a brand new one, free of charge.
For the best experience and longest durability possible from our cables, please use the cable in a mouse bungee with proper slack.
Broken cables that have been intentionally subjected to abnormal usage and are now broken due to this usage will not be eligible for replacement. These reasons include (but are not limited to):
- Direct exposure to extreme heat (lighter, open flame, etc.)
- Cut, torn, or ripped apart intentionally
- Incorrect cable installation or pin rearrangement leading to cable failure
If it is found that you have sent us a cable that has been subjected to intentional abuse, we will not fix or replace the cable, and you will be required to pay the shipping costs required if you would like the cable returned to you.
Fantech Product Warranty
All Fantech products include a warranty, to provide peace of mind for all users. The warranty period is 12 (twelve) months.
All products returned for warranty will be inspected. We will provide a warranty repair or replacement whenever deemed necessary. Any defective mice out of the box or items damaged during transit are all eligible for warranty.
The following defects are not covered by Fantech warranty:
- Defects caused by disassembling the product, third-party modifications, neglect, wrongful use, etc;
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear; such as finger oil stains, etc;
- Damage caused by electrical, fire, water, or other events of force majeure.
Consumable items such as mouse grips, mouse skates, etc; are considered consumables and are not eligible to be replaced under warranty.
We currently do not offer any warranty on any other supplies we offer. Most products we supply are consumables and will naturally degrade over time, so we cannot reasonably offer any warranty for them.
That doesn’t mean we’ll leave you completely out to dry. If something unexpected happens with your product or things aren't performing as expected, we’ll always do our best to make things right. Just shoot us a message through our contact page, or drop a message in our Discord.
